What is the cancellation policy?

We offer a full refund for cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival. If you book less than 30 days before arrival, you'll receive a full refund as long as you cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before the start of your stay. After that period, you will get a 50% refund if you cancel up to 7 days before arrival. Any cancellations made within 7 or fewer days from arrival will not receive a refund.
