Is the pool safe for young children?
Yes. The heated pool has a gradual entry with steps, making it safe for toddlers. The water stays at 28°C year-round. A pool fence is available on request.
What baby equipment do you provide?
Travel cot with linens, high chair, baby bath, bed rails, and plastic dishes/cutlery are included. We also have strollers and baby monitors available on request.
Are there shops and supermarkets nearby?
A small supermarket is in Haria (5 minutes). Larger supermarkets and pharmacies are in Costa Teguise or Arrecife (20-25 minutes).
Is there a doctor or hospital nearby?
There is a health center in Haria (5 minutes) and a hospital in Arrecife (30 minutes). We provide emergency contacts on arrival.
